Nerja Marina
 Nerja town hall approved a motion at their plenary meeting to ask once again the Junta de Andalucia to sustain their plans for the construction of a sports marina in the town. The marina should be included in the town's general plan as soon as possible, in order to allow it to go out to tender and construct it as soon as possible. Mayor, José Alberto Armijo, commented on the imbalance between the western and eastern Costa del Sol in the number of marinas, in the western part of the coast there are eight pleasure marinas while in the eastern part there is only one and that one was constructed originally as a fishing port and then gradually became a pleasure port.
